On 8 August 2025, Magellan Financial Group (“MFG”) became aware of claims suggesting a potential cybersecurity incident involving our data. Following a detailed investigation conducted by our IT Security Team in collaboration with independent IT forensic experts, we have found no evidence of a breach or compromise of our IT systems, nor any evidence of data exfiltration. Our IT systems and infrastructure remain secure and fully operational.
