Portfolio Manager update

Magellan Asset Management Limited (‘Magellan’) as responsible entity of each of Magellan Infrastructure Fund (‘MIF’) and Magellan Infrastructure Fund (Unhedged) (‘MIFU’) advises that Mr. Gerald Stack will step down from his role as Head of Investments at Magellan and portfolio manager of MIF and MIFU after 18 years with the firm. To ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and continuity for investors, he will remain with Magellan until July 2025.

Portfolio Manager update

From 1 February 2025, Ms. Nikki Thomas steps down as a portfolio manager of the Fund. Ms. Thomas continues to manage the Magellan High Conviction Strategy. Messrs Arvid Streimann and Alan Pullen continue as co-portfolio managers of the Fund.

Magellan Asset management Limited (“Magellan”) announces that Ms Sophie Rahmani has been appointed to the role of Managing Director of Magellan. Ms Rahmani will report to the Executive Chairman of Magellan Financial Group Ltd (“MFG”), Mr Andrew Formica. The Board of MFG intends to appoint Ms Rahmani as Chief Executive Officer of MFG within 12 months of her commencement, at which time it is intended that Mr Formica would revert to Non-executive Chairman of MFG.

Magellan Asset management Limited (“Magellan”) announces that Mr Andrew Formica will take on the role of Executive Chairman of Magellan Financial Group Ltd ("MFG") while it undertakes a search for a new Chief Executive Officer. David George will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Magellan and cease his role as Director of the Boards of Magellan and MFG, effective 25 October 2023.

Resignation of Kirsten Morton as Director

Magellan Asset Management Limited ("Magellan") announces that Ms. Kirsten Morton has resigned as a Director of Magellan, effective 3 July 2023. Ms. Morton continues in her roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Magellan.

Portfolio Manager change

Effective from today, Mr. Alan Pullen has been appointed as portfolio manager of the Magellan Sustainable Fund, replacing the existing portfolio manager Mr. Dominic Giuliano.
